Fit is in!

running-573762_1280Well of course it is! Who doesn’t want to be fit? But, take the time to think really about what it means to be fit. Shaped body, smooth skin, combined with and energized personality and a huge smile – now that’s fit!  Now, most of us are daily stressed, with a lack of sleep, usually eat poorly and what result we get out of that – a bad body condition. But, if you live well – you will look well! Here are a few tips how to be fit!

Use stress to get in action

Nervous? Good. Go and exercise immediately. Stress hormones, such as adrenaline and cortisol, help you use the energy that you have stored in your fat and they also help you to reduce sugar which is in your brain and body. So, calm down by working out and lose some weight too!

Eat smart

smoothie-1444351_1920Strolling through the supermarket for fresh fruits and vegetables is one of the pure joys of summer. Now, there are a bunch of offerings such as – tomatoes, cucumbers, peaches, strawberries, cherries, corn, watermelon, etc. Pick all of them instead of fast food, cookies, and other junk food. Your body will thank you for your choice in the best way.

Set a goal

You saw a shirt in the store that you want so badly, but the size is too small for you. Put a goal to yourself that in three months you will be able to get into that shirt. The happiness when you realize you achieved your goal is irreplaceable.

Drink water

glass-1206584_640Water is the most important thing that keeps us alive. Without water we feel tired, stressed, our metabolism slows down and our skin becomes dry. And we surely don’t want that. Drink at least two to three liters of water a day. You can also drink lemonade, tea, fresh juices, etc. You will see you metabolism boost and your skin glow.

Be one with nature

Summertime is here, which means that we can finally go out without a bunch of clothes on us, girl-1319114_640enjoy the sun and spend a lot of quality time in nature. Get up early and enjoy running when the morning summer sun is shining at you. Get your dog outside and play with him.  Take your friends on an adventure into nature. Go swimming. You can have a bunch of fun and healthy activities, just be creative and have fun too!

As you now, we all strive to look good and fit. It has been like that since the dawn of time but these days, being fit is even more desired. Being fit requires some changes in your everyday life but the changes are more than worth of it.
